About Us

Roger has been formally trained at InterNACHI and has received his Virginia State license. This process is quite extensive and has several required steps, including:

• 70 hours of classroom/online training, half of which took place at the InterNACHI "House of Horrors" in Boulder, CO.

• 25 "ride-along" Inspections with a licensed Home Inspector. Special thanks to Greg Neff of Nspect Home Inspections in Strasburg, VA.

• Passing the National Home Inspector Exam with flying colors.

As a Virginia Home Inspector, we follow or exceed the requirements found in the Virginia Standards of Practice.
