About Us

Blue Hill is owned and operated by Roger Valliere, CPI.

Roger has been formally trained at InterNACHI and has received his Virginia State license. This process is quite extensive and has several required steps, including:

70 hours of classroom/online training, half of which took place at the InterNACHI "House of Horrors" in Boulder, CO.

25 "ride-along" Inspections with a licensed Home Inspector. Special thanks to Greg Neff of Nspect Home Inspections in Strasburg, VA.

Passing the National Home Inspector Exam with flying colors.

As a Virginia Home Inspector, we follow or exceed the requirements found in the Virginia Standards of Practice.
